Staff Selection Commission (SSC)  holds a recruitment examination (Computer Based Online Combined All India Open Head Constable (AWO/TPO)/Constable (Driver) Recruitment Examination 2022 for recruitment to the various Government Job vacancy posts of Head Constable (AWO/TPO) (Male and Female) and Constable (Driver) for Delhi Police for requirements of various wings of Delhi Police based on the signing Memorandum of Understanding between SSC and Delhi Police.

  • Head Constable (AWO/TPO) of Delhi Police: 857 vacancies, Pay Scale: Pay Level-4 ₹25500-81100/-, Age: 18-27 years as of 01/07/2022, Qualification: Passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized Board with Science & Mathematics as subjects. OR National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the trade of Mechanic-cum-Operator Electronic Communication System. Professional Attainments: Proficiency in Computer Operation Qualifying in Nature. Test of English word processing speed 1000 key depressions in 15 minutes. Test of Basic Computer Functions:- Opening/Closing of PC, printing, MS office usage, saving & modification in typed text, paragraph setting & numbering, etc.
    1. Head Constable (AWO/TPO) Male: 573 vacancies (UR-213, EWS-58, OBC-128, SC-106, ST-68) (Ex.SM-55, Departmental-57)
    2. Head Constable (AWO/TPO) Female: 284 vacancies (UR-107, EWS-29, OBC-63, SC-52, ST-33) (Departmental-28)
