Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct X (10th) Online Common Recruitment Process (CRP), Preliminary and Main Examination for the vacancies for the year 2021-22 for selection of personnel for Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees (MT) Government Job vacancy posts in participating Public Sector Bank or any other Financial Institution.
Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Banks and Financial Organisations as a Probationary Officer (PO) / Management Trainee (MT) or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE PO/MT-X)
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), an autonomous body, has been authorised by the IBA and has received mandates from Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees (MT).

IBPS X 10th PO/MT vacancy details
- Age: 20-30 years as on 01/08/2020, age relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/ PWDs/ Ex.-SM
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognised University/Institution.
- Indicative Vacancies: around 4400 vacancies
- Pay Scale: JMG-I scale ₹23700-42020
About IBPS Bank PO/MT Xth CRP
IBPS conducts the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT) for the selection of Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) in interested Public Sector Banks once in every year.
Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the 12 PSU Bank as a Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the 10th Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-X).
The examination is of two-tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main.
Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank
₹850/- (₹175/- SC/ST/PWD candidates) to be paid Online between 05/08/2020 to 26/08/2020.
The Xth (10th) CRP for Bank PO/MT Vacancy will have an Examination Structure like this in the image below. Online Preliminary Examination will have 3 subjects having 100 questions of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability with a total of 100 marks of one-hour duration only.
The Online Main Examination for X 10th IBPS CRP for PO/MT Exam will be of 3 hours and 155 questions having 4 subjects Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language and Data Analysis & Interpretation of 200 marks with an additional 30 minutes for English Language (Letter Writing & Essay).
Candidates need to apply Online on prescribed format at the IBPS recruitment website from 05/08/20209 to 26/08/2020 only for X 10th CRP for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in 12 PSU Banks 2020.

IBPS Xth CRP Online Preliminary Examination
Online Preliminary Examination will be conducted on 03/10/2020, 10/10/2020, and 11/10/2020. Main Examination will be conducted on 28/11/2020. Interviews will be conducted in January/February 2021.
